- 1973: Born in Greeley, CO
- 1990: Started Eden Lawn & Landscape
- 1991: Graduated from Roosevelt High School
- 1991: Bought my first guitar
- 1994: Joined the band Native Son, played one gig
- 1995: Sold Eden Lawn & Landscape
- 1996: Co-Founded D&M Janitorial
- 1997: Rejoined former members of Native Son and formed Hawg Leg, played the NoCo Bar Scene for the next three years
- 1999: Started working for the Johnstown Breeze selling ads
- 1999: Started publishing The Northern Colorado Christian
- 1999: Began the Christian News Hour radio show
- 2000: Started working for the Greeley Tribune
- 2002: Sold The Northern Colorado Christian
- 2003: Started working at News Media Corporation as the managing editor of three weekly newspapers
- 2004: Joined a three-person dart team with the then, world champion.
- 200x: Hit a hole-in-one on a par 4
- 2006: Met the love of my life
- 2008: The second love of my life was born
- 2XXX: Had my first heart attack. Suffered through it for a week before finally going to the hospital. Thought I had bronchitis.
- 2XXX: Had my second heart attack while playing hockey, still managed to score a goal
- 2015: Joined the 1K lb club and competed in my first powerlifting meet
- 2015: Left my job to start Spectrum Interactive Group
- 2015: Massive heart attack left me without a heartbeat for 30 minutes
- 2017: Was elected to the local school board
- 2019: Started Black Mountain Bison
